In fact, when I'm not working on my real cars, I build models of the cars I wish I could own. My current rides include a 1961 Thunderbird and a 1962 Falcon. The Thunderbird is my weekend cruiser. It has a relatively stock 390 big block wit mods including some work done to the heads and a set of glasspacks out back. The Falcon is a work in progress. When I bought it, it had the original inline 6, but it is being replaced with a performance 5.0 smallblock V-8, a C-4 transmission and 4 wheel disk brakes. I can't wait to cruise to an NSMC get -together. I'm not a mechanic, but thru the people I've met in this club, I'm learnign something new every day."
