POSTING PICTURES:

Information Courtesy of 65 Impala- Thank You.

To Make the pictures show up in your post instead of a link follow these simple instructions.

Go to your Photobucket page and put cursor over selected picture-right click and go to copy- then return to your post here and right click, Paste. If you want a larger picture click on the Photobucket picture first and wait for a larger version to open before copying. Do not copy the address-just copy the image. Also if you store smilies in Photobucket this will work also.

Mr. Wheelman,

What product did you use on your exhaust manifolds? I like the look!

I used  VHT Engine Enamel  2000 degree  Paint.  I only had to redo it once after the initial due to some burn off but it's holding up good. A good tip is to heat the manifolds up. If they are off the car use a Heat or Paint removal gun heat hem up good and then paint them. This allows the paint to bake on.

Thanks Wheelman!

They are off and if I do it at night, I can put them in the oven. (When my wife is asleep)

I have also considered silver powder coating. Not sure about it but according to Eastwood, it will hold up to several hundred degrees too!

That's a very nice Monte, I can see why you don't want modify the hood. Hope you have found the hood your looking for!

I find a lot of the body parts I need on "craigslist" if your still looking.

Photobucket is a Photo Hosting Site. It is free just go to www.photobucket.com

and sign up you can then download your pictures and they will be stored on their server. To put a picture as an avitar you need to have the picture on photobucket or a similar hosting site and once it is resize it using their software to an appropriate size and under the picture there will be 4 addresses for the picture  copty the one that sais direct link and on this site go to your account and edit and where it sais avitar URL place that address there..  that is if the site works on any given day...

Good luck bud and if you need help   wheelman04@optonline.net   because I will not be checking in too much more...because they refuse to fix the messed up software.... why bother

Blown55, which web browser are you using?
The "copy & paste" method of posting pictures here doesn't work with Firefox.
You need to be using Microsoft Internet Exploder.
And if it works correctly, you'll see your picture in the text box before you click OK to post it.
